The Environmental Committee of EUnited Cleaning

The environmental committee of EUnited Cleaning consists of the technical experts of our members companies. It is the objective of this committee to discuss environmental legislation and developments in the area of cleaning machines. The environmental committee meets at least twice per year.

In order to work efficiently on specific topics the environmental committee can create working groups to address these specific issues. In order to give advanced information on WEEE and RoHS legislation a working group was created.
European Directives

The environmental committee is focused on the following European Directives:

•  Restriction of Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic Equipment - RoHS Directive
• Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment – WEEE Directive 
•  Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals - REACH Regulation
