ROS-Industrial Conference 2018
The annual two and half day “ROS-Industrial Conference 2018” will take place at SI-Centrum Stuttgart from Tuesday, December 11, 2018, 11:00 AM – Thursday, December 13, 2018, 4:00 PM.
ROS-Industrial is an open source project that extends the advanced capabilities of the Robot Operating System (ROS) software to manufacturing. This software platform is receiving increased interest from robot manufacturers and systems integrators.
The conference program will cover:
- ROS software development measures and tools to guarantee its quality, and newly released packages from commercial organizations
- ROS support from robot vendors
- how robotics and IT are converging, in methods and business models
- applications such as aerospace, automotive, logistics
- current EU ROS activities and how to get involved in them
